1. Scope

This Equal Opportunity Policy ("Policy") applies to all job applicants, employees, and employers at DOUM TECHNOLOGIES & INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

10. Record Maintenance

11. Grievance Redressal

15-day investigation timeline

12. Policy Modifications
