Refund & Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY. By using DOUM TECHNOLOGIES & INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED's services ("Platform"), you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please refrain from booking services.

1. Applicability and Amendment

  • DOUM TECHNOLOGIES & INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED facilitates home services through independent service providers ("Experts") for a fee ("Fee").
  • By booking services, you agree to comply with this policy. We may modify this policy at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 General Cancellation

  • Users may cancel bookings at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time without fees.
  • For timely cancellations, DOUM TECHNOLOGIES & INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will process refunds or reschedule services.

2.2 Late Cancellation

  • For cash payments, cancellations after Expert arrival may incur up to 100% fee.
  • Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Fees are generally non-refundable except for:
    • Expert no-shows
    • Unsatisfactory service (reported within 24 hours)
    • Duplicate payments

3.2 Refund Process

  • Refund requests are evaluated at DOUM TECHNOLOGIES & INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED's discretion.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Service Issues

  • Report service issues within 24 hours of completion for resolution.
  • DOUM TECHNOLOGIES & INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED may offer refunds, credits, or service re-dos for valid complaints.
  • We reserve the right to verify service quality with Experts.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • DOUM TECHNOLOGIES & INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED acts as an intermediary between customers and Experts.
  • We are not liable for service execution but will facilitate dispute resolution.
